① Secure locking mechanism on the handle with a locking function: No risk of clamping or injury thanks to the integrated twist lock
② Ergonomically shaped handle with a flange reduces the risk of slipping and injury. A non-slip surface and pronounced handle contour since model 6110 / 6290 support safe handling. No need to turn back the torque value!
③ Handle marking: Grooved marking in the centre of the handle as a calibration mark in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-1/-2:2017. During calibration, the torque wrench experiences a torque reaction at the calibration mark or the actuating force is applied there. Applying the actuating force at the calibration mark ensures high tolerance.
④ Precise – fine vernier scale graduation: Precise torque adjustment in small increments via a vernier with graduation since 0.1 Nm. The desired torque value is set quickly and precisely by turning the handle via the finely graduated vernier scale. Pinpoint reproducibility of the set values during the application: Each value on the vernier scale is assigned a detent point for the exact adjustment of the torque.
⑤ Quick and reliable setting of the desired torque value by turning the handle. Easy-to-read, high-contrast laser-etched scale on the main tube and scale tube. Resistant to impact and knocks in harsh working conditions. Plastic components made from impact resistant, fibre-glass reinforced polyamide. Dual protection against accidental torque adjustment since HAZET No. 6110 / 6290: to set the torque, the handle is pushed forwards to release the ball lock. The lock with rotary knob, integrated into the handle, is protected against dirt and damage and prevents accidental adjustment of the set torque value. Permanent, maintenance-free lubrication in the release mechanism ensures a long service life.

⑨ User-friendly HiPer fine-tooth reversible ratchet with 90 teeth and a 4° operating angle. Release accuracy tolerance of the scale value is less than ± 2 % ex plant. Better than the applicable standard and designed for a longer service life within the limits of the DIN standard. Audible and palpable signals indicating when the set torque has been reached support controlled fastening and reduce the risk of overtightening. Ratchet repair sets and spare parts enable self-assembly. Service training courses on repair, adjustment and calibration support long-term, resource-efficient use.

⑫ All torque wrenches come with a serial number and a calibration certificate, and are tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017.
