New pneumatic tools in the HAZET range

The Remscheid-based quality tool specialist HAZET presents two new pneumatic tools in its current promotional brochure: An angled micro die grinder and an engraving pen.

For grinding

The angled micro die grinder with 3 mm collet chuck has plenty of power with 186.4 watts. It is ideally suitable for working in extremely confined spaces! Thanks to high-quality Kevlar blades, it is also distinguished by a long service life. The tool with the HAZET part number 9032M-53 runs at 70,000 revolutions/minute and requires 150 litres of compressed air/minute. A connection hose with a length of 1500 mm and a diameter of 10 mm is already included in the scope of delivery. The head height of the small die grinder is 49 mm and the length 140 mm. With a net weight of only 230 grams, the die grinder is extremely light and easy to handle. Its sound power level is 78.1 db(A) Lp W. The vibration acceleration is 0.37 m/s2. A carbide milling pin set with 5 pins in various designs is available as a matching accessory under article number 9032-03/5.

For engraving

Engraving names and data or permanently marking a workpiece as theft protection – the HAZET engraving pen 9035G-1 is ideal for this. It precisely and permanently marks workpieces made of metal up to a strength of HRC55 as well as stone, ceramic or plastic. The engraving pen is silenced. The robust metal housing scores with its slim design and optimal haptics. An anti-kink spring prevents the 1500 mm long connection hose supplied from kinking. The knurled power control ensures a good grip and precise adjustment of the working speed. It reaches its maximum at 13000 revolutions per minute. The air consumption is 28.31 litres/minute and the sound power level is 90 db(A) Lp W.

Both tools have an inside thread for the air connection (inlet) in size 12.91 mm (1/4 inch). A coupler plug of nominal size 7.2 is included in each case.
