New pneumatic tools from HAZET

Stuck or rusted-fast bolts are a challenge for any fitter and any tool, and they cost time. This makes it all the more important to have the most effective tool to hand for loosening bolts without damaging them. This is particularly difficult in installation spaces. It is precisely for this purpose that HAZET has developed the Twin Turbo impact wrench 9013MTT. This compact device combines a powerful ¾” drive with the very handy housing size of a ½” compressed air impact wrench. Thanks to its turbo technology, the powerful 9013MTT delivers a loosening torque of up to 1890 Nm to the bolt, even in confined spaces. The recommended torque for regular use is 900 Nm. Weighing just 1.7 kg and with a compact body length of 128 mm, this compressed air impact wrench is the tool of choice when larger bolts need to be loosened or tightened in difficult-to-access installation spaces. The new 9035M-6 Mini Needle Scaler from the Remscheid-based premium tool specialist could also be seen as the perfect complement to the 9013MTT, especially when screw heads or the areas around screws in confined installation spaces are heavily affected by rust. However, the Mini Needle Scaler is also ideally suited for the gentle cleaning of other oxidised, calcified or soiled components, e.g. those in braking systems or during preparatory work for welding. Thanks to the adjustable needle carriage with integrated needle guide, the slim 28 mm short needles and the infinitely variable power setting, these and other tasks can be carried out perfectly, even in confined spaces. The 13 thin stainless steel needles enable damage-free processing, even on stainless steel surfaces. The adjustable needle carriage with integrated needle guide ensures a long service-life.
