3/4 inch (20 mm) square ∙ solid Cordless impact wrench ∙ 2100 Nm
Product information
- Patented vibration damping protects the wrist and the battery locking element
- Cordless impact wrench ∙ 18 V
- Basic unit ∙ without battery ∙ without charger
- Auto stop function (select using the "M" button) stops the machine as soon as the striking mechanism starts or stops when the striking mechanism is released: this prevents overtightening or loss of screws and nuts during operation
- Prevents overtightening, e.g. of small screws, by being able to set three different speed ranges (“Speed Command”)
- Forward / reverse with switch-on lock
- Electronic emergency brake
- LED battery capacity indicator on the battery pack
- Compatible with all 18 V battery packs in the 9500 series
- LED light (5-stage) with persistence afterglow
- Infinite speed regulation
- 3 tightening torque levels
- Idle speed
Stage 1: max.: 500 revolutions/minute
Stage 2: max.: 1000 revolutions/minute
Stage 3: max.: 1900 revolutions/minute - Idle speed impact rate: 0– 2350 revolutions/minute
- Ergonomic non-slip, rubberised grip
- Compact design
- Machine head made of die-cast aluminium - impact-resistant and durable
- Weight (without battery): 3.1 kg
- Electronic Management System (EMS) protects battery pack, extends service life and increases efficiency
- Vibration acceleration for screws ah: 17.4 m/s2
Uncertainty: K=1.5 m/s2 - Brushless DC motor (BLDC):
- Longer service life, less wear, no need to change the carbon brushes
- High efficiency and hence lower battery consumption – more compact motor enables smaller installation dimensions
- Max. storage temperature: 50° C
- Charging temperature: 4 to 40° C
Do you know – Li-Ion batteries:
- Do not have any memory effect
- Consist of cells with 3.6 V each
- After full charge they have a higher voltage than 3.6 V i.e. 5 cells each 3.6 V = 18 V – but after full charge a peak voltage of up to 20 V is possible
Attention: For a longer lifetime of the battery please store it charged up to 50 to 80 % only - Have an energy density which is twice as high as nickel cadmium batteries, for example
- Have a nominal voltage three times higher than a nickel metal hydride battery
- Require multiple complete charging cycles to reach full capacity
